The Fitness & Health program will strive to develop: physical and motor fitness, fundamental motor skills and patterns through dance and individual and/or group games and sports. The program is always adapting, modifying and changing activities and or equipment to meet the needs of participants. The goal is to ensure the participant is progressing and achieving individual success through a wide variety of programs offered.

The primary focus of the Fitness & Health program is on assisting participants develop a committed and positive attitude to lifelong healthy active living. Benefits include improved: psychological wellbeing, physical capacity, self-esteem, social interaction, and ability to cope with stress. It improves muscle tone, spatial awareness, and endurance. The program is designed to assist participants understand how their personal actions and decisions will affect their health, fitness, and well-being.
